Terms and Conditions for using our service

Bookings will only be honoured to those aged 18 years or over - proof of this may be required
Once a booking has been finalised, you agree to the terms and conditions set out within this statement
A £50 deposit will be charged
Deposits are generally non refundable to a client if a cancellation is made 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled booking time. However if the reason for cancellation is necessary due to certain scenarios e.g.; unexpected family bereavement/adverse weather conditions etc, then a refund will be considered.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil our agreement with any client, then a full deposit refund will be made.
Any outstanding payments must be made on completion of the event.
Clients will be expected to provide (insofar as is practicable) an area for us to safely operate, in order to mitigate the potential damage to equipment and injury to participants, i.e.; clear of any thoroughfares, or any other specific areas which are known to attracting groups of people etc.
A safe domestic electricity supply of at least 2 separate 13 amp sockets will be made available within the entertainment area - switches to these must be easily accessible at all times in the event of a requirement to isolate them.
We (Christchurch Karaoke) reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time if a warranted just reason causes us to do so.
The specified published version of Terms and Conditions apon booking and completion of respective events will remain valid and applicable throughout this period.
The above terms and conditions are subject change, but any amendment to these will be published in this statement.
